Tom Macy founded Social Hour in 2020, inspired by his grandparents’ tradition of gathering for “Social Hour” – their name for cocktail hour. As the former Beverage Director of Brooklyn’s award-winning Clover Club, he spent years working to translate the experience of a world-class cocktail bar into a can – without compromise.
